El Hierro Itinerary: 3, 5 or 7 Days
Combine El Golfo, La Restinga, El Sabinar, viewpoints, forests and natural pools in a realistic El Hierro itinerary.

Three days: three island faces
Use one day for Valverde, Tamaduste or La Caleta; one for El Golfo, viewpoints and a safe pool; and one for El Pinar, La Restinga and the volcanic south. Keep stops limited and account for elevation changes.
Five days: add west and activity
Add La Dehesa, El Sabinar and Orchilla when roads and weather suit, then reserve a day for diving, hiking or a slower coast. Do not combine alcohol tasting with remote driving.
Seven days: let conditions decide
Add a second diving or walking day, village time and a flexible pool day. Sea state can transform a natural pool, so follow signage and never enter because an old guide called it sheltered.
