La Graciosa: the destination context behind this guide.

One day: choose south or north

For a relaxed first visit, walk toward El Salado and La Francesa and return with ferry margin. For Las Conchas and the north, use a realistic bike plan or regulated taxi. Do not attempt a full island checklist between ferries.

Two days: active then slow

Use the first day for a northern or southern route and the second for Caleta de Sebo, La Laja and a nearby beach. An overnight stay lets you experience quieter mornings and evenings without racing the return ferry.

Three days: let conditions decide

Keep one day flexible for wind, sea or a boat trip. Visit Pedro Barba only with a suitable route and expectations, and treat remote beaches as leave-no-trace environments. Reconfirm the return ferry the day before.

Frequently asked questions

Is one day enough for La Graciosa?

It is enough for Caleta de Sebo and one focused beach route. Two nights give a much slower experience.

Can you swim at Las Conchas?

The north coast can have strong waves and currents. Treat Las Conchas primarily as a scenic beach and follow conditions and local advice.
